Our 2026 Move-In Gift Promotion Is Live for Qualifying Renters
Lease through us in 2026 and you could earn a move-in rebate of up to $50 plus a move-in gift. See how to qualify before the promotion ends this year.
What’s Live for 2026
Through the rest of 2026, every qualifying renter who leases through our service can earn:
- A rebate of up to $50 paid directly to you, plus
- A move-in gift delivered after lease signing
The rebate is sent after we verify the lease with the property. The gift is a welcome package designed to take a couple of move-in errands off your plate (think shower curtain, basic cleaning kit, a few first-day essentials).
How to Qualify
The qualifying criteria are straightforward:
- You leased a property through our locator service. That means we built your search list or made the leasing-office introduction.
- You named Spirit Real Estate Group on your guest card and application. This is the standard locator referral mechanic — it’s what allows the community to credit our team.
- You completed move-in within the agreed timeline. Late move-ins after the lease start date are still eligible, but the gift may arrive after move-in.
- You haven’t already claimed a rebate for this lease. One rebate per lease.
If you’re not sure whether your situation qualifies, contact us — most do.
How to Claim
After your lease is signed and move-in is complete, fill out our Report Your Lease form. You’ll share the property, lease start date, and a quick photo of the signed lease. We verify with the property and process the rebate.
Most rebates are issued within two to three weeks of verification. The move-in gift ships within a week of lease confirmation.
A Few Practical Notes
- The rebate runs through December 31, 2026. Lease signings after that date will fall under whatever promotion is live at the time.
- Rebate amounts up to $50 are subject to our standard qualification guidelines. We don’t guarantee any specific amount without a lease verification.
- The move-in gift is a thank-you and isn’t conditional on the rebate itself.
This promotion stacks on top of our free apartment locating service and any unadvertised specials the community is running. Most renters working with us in 2026 will see the rebate, the gift, plus whatever concession the property is offering.
