Why We Built the Concierge
Finding the apartment was always the easy part for our renters. The hard part — the part where most renters lose patience and time — is the move-in week. CPS Energy activation, SAWS water service, three or four internet quotes, renters insurance that meets the community’s liability minimum, a moving truck. Each one is a separate provider, a separate phone tree, and a separate hour out of your week.
We’ve been informally helping renters with this for years. Today we’re making it official: every renter who leases through our service gets a complimentary Move-In Concierge included at no extra cost.
What’s Included
Your Concierge Specialist handles, in one inbox:
- Utilities setup: Step-by-step CPS Energy and SAWS activation, scheduled to be live for your move date.
- Internet comparison: Side-by-side quotes for available providers at your specific address, including current promo rates and install windows.
- Renters insurance: Standard policy comparison from carriers that match your community’s required liability limit (usually $100K or $300K).
- Moving truck or movers: Comparison of local rental trucks and full-service movers with date availability.
- Home security (optional): Monitored and self-monitored options if you want one.
You pay the providers you choose directly — we don’t take a cut. The Concierge time itself is included free with our locating service.
How It Works
After lease signing, your Concierge Specialist reaches out within one business day. We confirm your move date, run the comparisons that matter to you, and schedule the activations or installs you pick. Everything timed so service is live when you walk in.

If you’ve already worked with us on a recent search through our free San Antonio apartment locating service, you’re automatically eligible. We’ll loop in your Concierge Specialist when your lease is signed.
